ABOUT THE CHEF

Our Chefs are not only chefs by profession but cooking delicious food with immense command and interest is his passion which he found in himself when he just started his professional life. He discovered his hidden talent of bringing life to the food since the beginning which excites everyone infact there is no one who can deny the authenticity of his style of cooking.

About 20 years ago, he started his career as a chef in a five star hotel named as Hotel Marriot in Karachi Pakistan where he qualified 2 years Quality Cooking Course and polished his skills in Asian as well as continental dishes to undertake a professional qualification in the field of his interest. His desire to become the best in this field persuaded him to do further training so he did 4 months special training for cooks organized by P.T.D.C. Hotels Government of Pakistan. That is how he initiated and continued his journey with excellence and during that marvelous journey of passion; he worked as chef in different sort of big hotels such as Lal Qila Restaurant Karachi, Dream World (Resort) Karachi, Holiday Inn Hotel Karachi.

In the year 2003, he decided to move to Australia to try his cooking skills and expertise. Again he backed up his knowledge in cooking with a course as Certificate III in Hospitality (Asian Cookery) from Melbourne and took a fresh start. Since then he never looked back and worked in various versatile restaurants among which the most recent one is Tabbaq Pakistani Restaurant situated in Dandenong where he performed his duties as the Head Chef from the very start of the restaurant.

In short, during this long journey our chefs not just became expert chefs of numerous dishes but also became a taste developer and a trend setter.

Our chefs come from a well backed hospitality experience by working for one of the finest restaurants of Melbourne with such tremendous experience and his love for Pakistani and Indian food. He puts his heart and soul into diners Kitchen, along with his team  and 23 years  of  experience (Melbourne and Pakistan)  in hospitality & cooking.

    Ordered take away on a friend’s recommendation yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the taste of food. It was nicely balanced..not too rich but still balanced enough with right spices to have your taste buds wanting more of it!!! Brilliant food…will highly recommend it to all!!
